is bunkering allowed at your field?

at my field we are not allowed to do the tactic known as bunkering. i was wondering how many fields outlaw it.

funy story, yesterday my two friends were playing with some other people. Near the end there was this one kid out of air in a tower and my two friends went to bunker him. Well one of the refs yelled "ASK HIM TO SURRENDER!" Before he said that my friend shot but his gun got jammed. So he cocked it back and BAM he hit the kid from about 3 inches away! It was one of the funniest thing i've seen.

We pretty much make our own rules at our field. If we all decide to allow bunkering (which usually we do) the ref will allow it, if not, then we arent allowed doin it, which sucks. Most of the time though, the refs listen and play it how we want

we have our own rules. We decided that we have a rule no bunkering. because it hurts like he||. anyways we only bunker when we are getting ready for a tourny.

I think, If someone bunkers you you MUST surrender, however, I never do muawhawhaw. (well one time I didn't, instead I shot the guy 3 times :), I've only ever been bunkered 2 times, and that was my second game ever)
Oh, and I NEVER ask people to surrender, I just shoot... its quicker, unless their little kids, but when I bunkered mr. sponsored, I just shot him, (20 feet away probably) because I was afraid he would shoot me

Personally I prefer the surrender rule and barrel tagging. They way I see it if they got that close without being noticed and then decided not to shoot me they deserve the kill I'd hope someone would look at it the same way if I did it to them

where i usually play all you have to do is tag the top of the person's bunker and then the ref runs over screaming at you that you're out

it was funny this weekend i went and it was me and my freind vs this one last n00b at the end of the speedball course so me and my freind were parelell to eachother sourounding the guy we were about 10 ft away from him and then i asked my freind out loud if we should let him sourender but my freind said naw thats no fun we should both bunker him and then he stood up and saaid i SURRENDER

where i play you can bunker anyone you want. just as long as you ask them to surrender first. if they say no you can shoot them if they say yes let them go.

i usually play with noobies and the only time i can get close enough to bunker them i let them surrender. i am also pretty much a newbie so i would expect them to do the same to me.

our field tells you to ask them to surrender first but if they make any sudden moves then you can fire away.
