ok, heres my problem. im goin into my first tourny in jan. and my team and i are gunna do this PBJ team sponsership deal (look for a thread called "Starting a Team? Sponsership?" somewhere to learn more about it) and that costs like 125, and the tourny itself is 65 per person and paint is 75 per case. i plan on shooting more then a case so yeah, like 300-400 on the tourny right there. now to why this is in this forum. im tryin to decide if i want a used (basically stock) impy, or some kinda electro spyder (probably with a new barrel, but not to upgraded). i have a 98 right now, and should be getting a mag soon, but i want to sell that and get an elctro/wanna be electro if at all possible. i know the impy will be better for me later on down the road, but the spyder will be a lot cheaper, and just as fast (which is what im basically goin for). if youv been in this situation befor, let me know what you did, or you think i should do, thanks.

I say go with a BK0. They're electro-pneumatic and cheap.

You mean you can only use C02, or the BKO can only run on C02. A BKO can only run on N2, if you can only use C02, go with a JT.

ya go with an imp they r sweet. but if u dont want to shuck out the bucks go with a black dragun lcd, or sniper. these guns are wicked fast for the money. u may a bolt and trigger upgrade to really get it movin tho. these are said to outshoot 12 volt x boards. they have a great lcd with a lot of functions for when ur just playing with friend and want to write ur name on them. enjoy.
