my piranha isn't working/broke/missing a part. what do i do?
 

if your piranha isn't working for what ever reason (leaking,not shooting,ect) look here. that was posted on pbn by a piranha tech that works for PMI. if that doesn't help than call 1-800-579-1633. that is PMI's tech support. they are very helpful.

if there is a specific part on your marker that is broke, lost, or missing for what ever reason then you want to e-mail PMI. there e-mail is techsupport@pminetwork.com. what you do when you e-mail them is you tell them what part you need and what your address is ect. here is a sample letter.

send them one of those and they will send you the part and it will get to you in about 2-5 days

I accidentally lost a few parts, gave them a call, which lasted about 1-2 minutes and I got the part in the mail today. That's customer service for ya. I LOST the part and they gave me a free replacement.

all I did was let them know which part, gave them my info like name, what marker I have, what I'm missing, where I purchased my marker from, and also the serial number and he said he will send it right out. AWESOME.

Ya the tech support is great. They can really help you out, and dont have a prob with having you send stuff in to be looked at.

I've never recieved any significant part from pmi, whether I needed it or not.. can't even get a spring :rolleyes:

They did however send me a blue oring in the same package as above, though it took a couple weeks if I recall correctly.. Funny thing is I never even asked for the oring.. who knows

They sent one lue O ring in a huge envelope like that?:laugh: Sounds like somebody screwed up.

Yes, someone was talking up the new blue oring, so I dropped pmi an inquisitive email and they sent me one... in a gigantic package like the one above... only one though mind you, for the guy probably would've been fired had he slipped me two of those elusive blue orings :eek:
