you should proabbly disasemble the gun (make sure its degassed of course) and remove the hammer and bolt. If you cant get them out, give them a slight pull and they should come out. If they dont you might have to work with it for a while. you probably have shell stuck in there or the spring might be stuck (its happened). just take your gun apart and you should be able to find the problem.
