Eclipse, Freeflow, and ANS are all the same. Just different milling. Some other nice ones are CCM, Dye, and Jackal (if you can find it).

The stock will hold you back, whether or not the cocking mass is light. I believe they cap out around 18cps. I'm sure you will be able to hit 14bps with the setup.
