Not being in the US, I can't really advise you on good places for installation, but ask at your local pro shop if they do it. Any engineering company in your area would be able to do it if they take on small jobs.
As for your previous question - the bracket is the only thing you need to add to your marker in order to install the E-Blade.
The other items we normally talk about in relation to E-Blades (lighter bolts and back blocks, faster rams, QEVs/TRVs) are used to make your marker cycle faster, in order to get the most from having an E-Blade, but they are not required to actually use an E-Blade.
It's just like a battle zone, you got a bottle and you're on your own.
Gotta be a Scotch or a Kamikaze, none of those other weapons will faze me.
