Either the firing point in your trigger pull is too close to the beginning of the pull, or your safety catch is allowing the trigger to move too far before it locks it up. As the 3-way (I'm assuming that this is the source of your leak) is moving far enough to leak, I would assume that you are able to pull the trigger some distance before it locks up.
Unfortunately, without more info (what frame you have, any modifications made to it etc.) I cannot really advise you as to what you can do to resolve the problem.
It's just like a battle zone, you got a bottle and you're on your own.
Gotta be a Scotch or a Kamikaze, none of those other weapons will faze me.
