how would I know if it was one of those tanks? I am looking into a nitro duck tank on ebay, and want to be safe about this. thanks for the warning.

im looking at a picture of the tank and it doesn't have the DOT12..95, it has DOT1can't make out next 3 numbers and it end in 15. would that one be OK?
