Straight from Otters' Hammer pages: "Leak heard around the barrel/feed port would indicate a bad cupseal. Replace as needed. Another possibility is a weakened valve spring. Over time, these springs can become weak. Especially if it is the original spring. Lastly, check the o-ring on the powertube cap."
