Never seen anything positive.
It's a shame that someone with such obvious talent could be such an immature d-bag.
Now I am pretty sure that if it was a mail order type sceanrio you can file a claim at your local court and have a summons sent to him.
I think he has to appear and if you are found to be in the right they can issue a warrant for him and order him to pay you up to triple back (depending on your state punative damages may differ).
