never shop ebay, that's some of the best advice you can give
actually, a while ago I placed a $1300 order with anythingxtreme.com, and had to have it resolved. paypal only got me a 60% refund, while anythingxtreme called the rest a restocking fee. I just included the word fraud in my next email and I got the rest of my cash the next day.
