You can run off the manual for the Sonic at MacDevs website,
macdev.net. To adjust your FPS make sure the HPR is set to 200psi (the gauge will tell what the pressure is), it probably is already but if you like you can bottom out the reg and reset. Then to increase velocity unscrew the LPR cap and then turn the LPR clockwise and counter-clockwise to lower it. Never go above 200psi on the HPR or you'll risk damaging the noid.
