I bought a Spyder valve and striker from him, he communicates well, and let me know immediately when the shipment was returned to him because of an accidental wrong address.
It took a little while (about a week), but when the shipment arrived, I found the items to be very well padded and as pictured/described.
In closing, I will say that he's definitely trustworthy, the mistake was an honest one, and I would do business with BigHen36 again!
