I'm saying that you only have one set of eyes and I would rather spend the 20 - 30 on a new lens, which needs to be replaced yearly anyway, then worry about losing an eye

this is proobably the absolute WORST thing to do to your goggles: Well i was playing the last game of the day and i got hit in the mask. i was way too tired to clean off the goggles so i kept it on (i didnt know i wouldnt play for about a month). during that time the paint dried. I tried EVERYTHING to get that paint off. And i mean EVERYTHING. The only thing that got it off was a sharp knife. Not the best thing you should ever do. The visability after that was about 20 ft. This tells ya to always clean your goggles after the game (it is also very dangerous, the plastic might break with enough force, say a paintball)

I was just wondering I have like the cheap extreme rage x-ray goggles and everytime I get hit in the face I get permanet marks and I can't get them off it's always so blurry. If I get a proflex are those lens better?

Yeah the chemicals are strong enough to weaken your lenses, making them unsafe for use.

you say nothing but water, but what about sprays specialized for paintball masks? I've been using a JT Majik Spray on me and my friends mask for about a year, is it okay?

Water, you drink it, you use it for paintball. Magical stuff.
Water works, it's free, and, hey, i said so

but if u have thermal lenses u dont want 2 run them under a fountain itll get water inside them

But the fact is of what material are lenses on corrective eyewear made of, it's a matter on what's in the chemical. Glass cleaner is okay to use on glasses because frankly, they were made to correct your vision, not stop a paintball!
