Running and shooting is one of the most important skills to know, no matter what format you play. The game starts off the break and you're either run or running and shooting. You run and shoot when you move to a different bunker. It's very simple to learn and with practice you can perfect it.
Rules for Running and Shooting
Keep you body low. By lowering your center of gravity, you're more steady and you will be more accurate. All you need to do is bend your knees.(look at 2nd and 4th picture)
Keep you gun in the hand in the direction you're going. (running right, in right hand) Have your gun across your body (look at 1st picture)
Keep your other hand on the gun. I prefer to wrap my thumb over the barrel because I feel I have more control and it's more stable. I also put the tank between my bicep and forearm.
Adjust your aim to account for lob and wind.
When running forward, lean your body forward but still stay low.
