CP never made a flow plug for the DM5. Another company copied the design and made one for the DM5, but to the best of my knowledge, once they sold out, they didn't make any more. As such, to the best of my knowledge, unless you can find one of the copies second hand, you'll not be able to get one for a DM5.

Do you have an Ultralite frame on your DM5? If you have the stock DM5 frame, neither of these boards will fit in a DM5.

I think the easiest point of differentiation between them is this - are you ever going to use the Virtue boards drill modes? If so, then you have just made your decision right there. It's one of the few things that is really, noticeably different between them.
That's not to say that there aren't smaller differences between the two, so check the spec sheets of each and see if either one has any features that you cannot live without, that the other board doesn't have.
