Kinda new to the forums and this is my first time exploreing this section of he forums. Anyway, this is a great thread! Thanks for shareing your stories... all of you. I belive this is also helping people learn what to expect from things like this. And yeah I agree, "cops" are uselly great people, but when there frist called for something like this they get aggressive. And of course thats what to expect from someone who is about to deal with such matters. Thanks again for shareing your stories everyone, gave me something to smile about.  |

I haven't actually had to deal with the cops but I have had people threaten to call them on me over paintball before.
Most recently I was showing my marker to my younger brother in law. I was shooting at a stake about 40 feet away and 30 feet beyond that were a line of pine trees ( no paintballs were going through those things! ).
So I take a few shots at the stake and hand the marker off when the neighbour comes over yelling about how I'm hitting his brand new shed behind the tree's. I tried to be polite at first by telling him there was no paint on his shed (we were standing at the fence LOOKING at it at this point) and that no paintballs would make it through the trees even if we had missed the stake 40 feet infront of us!). Honestly I was polite as hell but he kept yelling and told me he was going to call the police if we didn't stop so I basically told him he was being an *** and if he wanted to call the police and explain to them why they came out here for nothing he could damned well go ahead.

That is awesome!!! I have a neighbor across the street just like that. He hates it when I shoot my paintball gun in my backyard. I wish this would happen to him.

Nice story. reminds me of the time i was playing outlaw ball when the cops show up. In the midst of us freaking, they both pull guns out of the trunk, throw on some camo and masks and join us for about 20-30 minutes

Good story! Sounds like my run in with the cops a little but it reminds me of it. Same kinda person but male and beer, not vodka. I'm about to walk into the woods with a few buddies of mine this guy sitting on his porch starts screaming at us because we have our guns out and he has our plate numbers yada, yada. So we come back like a few hours later in the rain, cause it started to rain so we packed up, to a cop who is in disbelief that the guy was a moron for calling about a "paintball incident" and it just so happened that the officer played paintball and we talked about guns and fields and all that and the guy is still sitting on his porch with a sourpuss on his face. Talk about idiots... Some people take paintball guns way toooo seriously. STOP CALLING THE COPS ON US!!!

Its amazing that people are so quick to believe that kids are firing automatic weapons and getting in gang fights instead of playing with fireworks and just being kids.
I dont have any paintball cop stories just a bunch of me running from the cops for various reasons, not real interesting.
