Help me Identify my marker?

I think this is a WGP marker, I can only tell by the sticker on it. I'm hoping to find out what model and identify the add-ons so I can research how to use it and get it working. I only assume it's not working, a friend gave it to me a few years ago. Any help would be appreciated!
