Well Here is the Skinny on the new Kapp Reflex AC(black to red). I just recieved this marker in the mail earlier today direct from Kapp, and I have not put it down since. I should state that I am not new to paintball, but this is my 1st AC. I have been reading up on what to do what not to do, and This is my 1st cocker but not the 1st time I have shot one, so I figure lets air this beast up and see what she does. Currently I am using steel ACI 47/3000 tank, not the best in the world but good enough to take the marker to the proshop and see what she can do.
I get to the store air up the tank, attach it to the gun and everything airs up quietly. Load a hopper full of Marbs, ask the guy at the shop a few cocker related questions, and line up the target 150 ft down the range. I let loose on the hinge making sure not to short stroke, because I have heard people new to AC ers have a tendancy to do this. Empty one Hopper as fast as I can.

Basically bust a nut right there in the store, good thing they have netting around the target range.
No chops realize that the stock Barrel on this gun is one of the best stock barrels I have shot on any gun. Put the gun in a vice and chrono. Load hopper set target and unload 17 out of 20, decent grouping on target size of garbage can lid, from 150 ft. I believe the 3 that did miss is because the marker is just not broken in yet, my shwag ACI tank, and according to the chrono the fps bounce from 280 to 295. Me and the shop tech who has his PTI degree came to the conclusion that the marker just hasn't seen any real use and need some paint through it. Still no chops.
At this point the shop tech says" Geez that is a great looking Autococker, (opinion of people in store milling just as nice as orracle or dye AC) mind if I rip on it." I say "why the heck not it needs to be broken in any way." He fills the hopper and goes to town. Now understand this guy has been shooting a cocker for 2 years and has twitchy fingers. I have never seen such a beautiful thing as that bolt screaming at 11 to 13 bps. He felt that the gun could just keep going faster and faster, but he didn't have the dexterity to do it w/o short stroking, and we are not trying to turn the marker into a blender. So still no chops.
Well it strated getting late so I bought about another 750 marbs and refilled my shwag tank, and went home. Also came to this conclusion
If you want a marker that is super fast, very accurate, and can be aired and played with right from the Box this is the Marker for you. If you want a unique looking marker that is very light, high performance, and also made in limited#, this marker is definitely for you.
I have come to the decision that this was the best $750 I could have possibly spent on high end Autococker. The Gun is awsome, the stock barrel is awsome (you can get diff size backs for decent$), the workmanship is awsome (Sean at Kapp said that he hand assembles each one, and the results are an awesome marker from an awesome company, run by awesome people).
All I see doing to this marker is upgrading the PMI vert reg(not bad but I feel there is better performing), getting a delrin bolt, and upgrading my crappy steel nitro tank, so that there is less shoot down(like I even have the skills to be fast enough to cause shoot down). I give this marker a 10 out of 10, because not only do you get a loaded, dope looking, competion ready autococker, but you get it at great price. Sure it might need a few upgrades, but the value of the marker makes up for it ten fold.
