Thinking of buying a Camelback so i could put my 114 nirto tank in there.
Like the title says, i want to buy a Camelback, (stores water in a small backpack.) well anyways i was wondering would a 114ci/3000psi tank fit into the holder rather then have the 70 oz water pack?

The camel pack would need to be very strechy, your best bet would be to get a harness that holds tanks. I believe they are more comfortable and even cheaper than a camel pack.

ive seen 114's that cant be run horizontal, they were made to be ran as a remote only. But this kinda of tanks are usually older but they do exist.

Well, until you get the camelback, you could just do what my friend does and stick it in a regular old school backpack, and zip it up and have your tank in the backpack. I've tried it and its not to bad.

Wouldn't a camelback put the weight up on one of your shoulders? Well all the ones I've seen so far have the water mounted on either the right or left upper shoulder?

I use camlebacks like every weekend when i'm racing my dirtbike. Comfortable, yes, with water. But with a big tank in it, I doubt that would be very comfortable. I'm not trying to shoot down your idea, but camlebacks are decently priced, and are made for only holding liquids. How did you plan and fitting it in there? Last time I checked the opening on them are pretty small, atleast to fit a tank in there. Don't you think that would stick out just a wee bit to much? I don't think i'm the only one that thinks this way, but if that's what you wanna do, you go for it. Everyone has there own personal preference(sp?) This is only my personal opinion, i'm not trying to tell you, you shouldn't do it, I just think there are better ways.

The ones i've seen around here have the water right in the middle of your back. Seems like it balances out nicely.

You have two options as far as a camelbak goes
1. you can get a Camelbak that was storage already built in like this: http://www.uscav.com/shop/uscitemdet...k_code=WA17305
2.Get a backpack and one of the camelback reservoirs that is designed to hook-up to a backpack.

I have found my solution, It's the size of a camelback, can be bought at Target for only 15$ and i well padded my friend let me test his pack to see if it would fit and it did, with all my cloths on it should be a bit more comfy, but nothing i can handle...........
