overshooting!

Well we were half way through the game playing hyperball. There was one guy left, behind a bunker on the right side of home base. I couldn't get a clear shot of him and my team mates weren't going anywere neither would the enemy because he was one of those newbies who stay behind the bunker and never move he was also pinned down by my team mates. I said to myself "Why do i know theres a guy at home base too waiting to shoot me when i go to bunker the enemy."
So i run from the left side of the home base bunker just to meet the barrel of my enemy sadly there was a guy at home base and i was an idiot to be aware of that. I Got shot by both of the enemies the one at home base and the one beside home base. I got shot from head to toe and turned around so the paintballs would hurt less. I quickly raised my hands up and yell hit. They both keep unloading their paint on me. I felt my fingers getting shot luckily I had armour back gloves on so only my finger tips got hurt. Amazingly the shots didn't hurt that much i just felt a lil impact. My finger tips just got numb. Im just standing there waiting for the shots to stop. While i stood there i tought to myself "hey wait arnt the refs suppose to tell them im hit or at least guide me outta there...."
If i turned around the chances of feeling my first balls shot were very high
You would think to yourself aint it a great time for my team mates to bunker them while there distracted? Then all i hear is gun shots but felt no impacts. WOA! They just unloaded there hopper on me.
It was time to walk off the feild. When i turned my shirt around it was soaked with paint and my pants to my whole back was soaked! I went to go clean up so i missed who won that game although the enemy had no paint left... I could bet you the time probaly ran out before anyone got shot all they did was crouch as close as they could to the bunker.

You may ask yourself did this guy get revenge?

The ansew is.......... HELL YEA! lets just say these people didnt have anymore fun for the rest of the day hehehehe (noone likes getting bunkered all day long

Newbies are right rental guns dont hurt as much as the guns owners own

Lemme hear your feed back and maybe also your stories on overshooting.
I was also only wearing a t-shirt and a light sweater......

I emptied a quarter of a hopper into a friend once. I hit him and he kept running, so I kept firing. There was a glare on my mask, so I could not tell that I was hitting him, but finally he threw his gun down, put his hands on his head, and crawled to the ground. I stopped firing and heard him yelling "I'm hit, damnit!" But it was too late. My guess is that at least half of the 25 or so balls I fired at him hit, but I fired so quickly and without really thinking that I never gave him a chance to announce the kill.

I felt really bad after that.
