Lightbulb Red dot sights

Hey Guys,

This is just an observation that I have made and I think it would help people save some cash:
Do any of you guys own adco red dot sights?
Like some other things that are targeted specifically for paintballers, adco prices their paintball specific products above the market prices, higher than other companies which manufacture the same product but have its customer base in hunting and shooting.

I shopped around and found that the BSA red dot sights (30mm obj. lens) and Simmons 'Blazer' red dot sights (30mm, 42mm obj. lens) are equal if better products, and come at prices way below the $80 Adco E-dot(30mm obj. lens).

BSA and Simmons have been known to supply quality optics for hunting/spotting scopes. Of course they're no Leupold or Bausch and Lomb, however they offer very competitive prices for product.
Adco is not as known for their optics as BSA or Simmons are, however I'm not here to question the quality of their products.
The specifications for these sights can be found at:
http://www.edotsights.com/shooterssights.html
http://www.bsaoptics.com/reddot.html
http://shop.store.yahoo.com/sportsma...blaz42mmr.html

I have found the Adco E-dot sight for as high as $120 and as low as $80.
The BSA red dot for as high as $70 and as low as $50.
The Simmons Blazer for as high as $80 and as low as $40.
Of course this is only what I have found in the time I have spent shopping, not to be looked at as a definitive guide.

For Adco's high paintball price, you do get a nice 5 year "no questions asked" warranty(you have to pay shipping&handling fee) against a paintball breaking your sight. It also comes with a standard 1 year warranty against defects (no fees).

BSA offers a 1 year warranty and Simmons has a limited lifetime warranty. I don't know if they cover a paintball breaking your sight, I doubt they would. However for half the price of the Adco sight, heck u can buy two an have a backup if your that worried.

So theres the facts as best and accurate as I can make them, come to your own shopping conclusions.
