what the heck is a palco xj40?
edit - oh, i think i've seen one of those, or at least, it was pretty much the same thing. i think a spyder e-frame can be modified to fit it, if i remember correctly. palmer's pursuit shop might make an adapter that allows constant air to be hooked up, and with some new fittings, a reg can be installed.
