omg my team mates!

my team mates are such pussies every time i want to have a practice for our tuornys there both like no its to hot,no i dont want to,why we dont need it,i dont feel like getting hit today(everyday) does any 1 else have this prob. we end up practicing any way cuase i make (and they SORTA WANT TO) them but the problem they keep using the excuses. we all love (our team) it they always use those same excuses any 1 else have this prob. what should i do?

if you are looking to be a serious team, you can only do one thing. tell them that they will be off the team if they dont become serious and dedicated to the team

then i wont have a team cuase there is no 1 else to play p ball they love the sport but they whine to much

oh ok, then thats a different situation. i guess my advice would be to just address the issue and try to work it out from there. most likely (if everyone else is being whiners) they wont listen to you and they will probably even laugh

Same problem man .....one of my team mates is such a scardy cat... I swear.. he will not play a 1 on 1 game against me.. he scraed.. i dont think he should be invovled in this sport..... it bothers me.. when we end up playing the first bunker he gets to off the break is the only one he will be @ all the game.... So really when we paly 5 on 5 were really playing 4 on 5 .. it really pisses me off......

i only have one teamate that palys alot...but he hasn't been able to play cause he doesn't have a gun
the other ones are either stoners or to lazy to get there gun fixed

so im looking for a new team..and i figure once i can drive..ill beable to play every weekend,,,so im shure to get on a team then..im alternat for like 4 teams..just in case

im the most serious of all the paintball players in probly a 10 mile radius... everyone else has beginner level guns and dont know what they are doing usually. i have a team and im the captain cus they are too lazy to organize anything and in our last tourney i we had 397 points at the end and i scored over 300 by myself cus they are too whimpy to do anything... except one of them hes my best friend me and him eat sleep and live paintball
