? about Shockteck bolt and other assorted ?

1.Is the shockteck delrin quick strip rear cocking bolt a single hole or a venturi style bolt?

2.Does the shockteck have a good high flow for LP use (if it has the single hole)

3.Is the stock tl+ low pressure chamber good enough to go lp with or is an upgrade necesarry?

3.Can the AKA sidewinder reg have a gauge mounted on it?

5.Is there a differece in gauge performance from one brand to another?

I am asking these questions because I am planning on going low pressure and need some help on it all.

I believe these are things I need to go lp- regulator, turbo valve, main spring set, high flow bolt, low pressure chamber-am I missing anything?
