umm not well it won't, unless it's adjustable
and most tanks are 850, it's harder to find 4-450

no most tanks are set for 800 850 except, adjustable ones of course.

and yes if you want to run a regualtor you will be best off/need a 850 psi output tank.

only way you could use a 450 output tank on a cocker is if you had it running through a gas through grip or something. and 450 is like the max pressure you want to be at. no higher.

any pre set tank will work fine...as long as you use an in-line reg to drop it to the pressure you need to run the marker at

450 psi....800 psi....it doesn't really matter.....

As a general rule of thumb: you need at least a 200 psi difference between your tank output pressure and your inline regulator output pressure. So, unless your cocker operates at 250psi or less you shouldn't use a 450psi preset tank. With a good inline regulator you can adjust a 850 psi tank down to whatever pressure you need. Stock cockers operate around 350-450 psi. I would recommend you get a 850 psi tank. I own two Crossfires and have no problems with them on my cocker.

yes your gun will not operate correctly at all if it doesn't have 200 psi or more. It does matter. go 850 psi.

It's not that it will not work correctly, it will just suffer shoot down due to the gun being starved of air. It will still cock and all

850, definitely. SERIOUS drop-off issues and consistancy problems at 450psi.
