Remove these 4 screws from teh bottom of the cyclone feed.
This it what the inside should look like(OK mine is entirely black but the one I worked on was clear...sorry)
OK, so it's not exactly perpendicular but it's pretty close. Now, the operating rod(at the 'top' of the feed near the nut), if that is pushed all the way to the left, making the actuating lever paralel to the marker body, that is your problem. You can pull the lever back to the correct postition but make sure you keep the feed assist in position. It can be a pain in the butt to get the spring and bushing back in place(took me 20 minutes the first time
