Trauma Matrix. Insanely efficient, uber fast, very very accurate, very very consistant, a very solid marker, just a great all around marker that I would use for any position, not just back.

I would wait for the 2k4 Timmy I'm a little biased though.
All markers mentioned above would be superb choices, except I got a chance to shoot the new Shocker and I was very disappointed, it was a lot of hype for somewhat of an average marker.

What format are you playing? 3,5,7, 10, or X? Efficiency can prove CRUCIAL, depending upon the format.
If your playing 3 or 5 man solely than efficiency will be less of a factor, but should still be considered.
ROF for each marker is gonna be important as well. Me personally I can't shoot an electro-trigger well enough to have it as my primary, but other players on my Team love them and can rip them.
Another gun as well as the ones mentioned above you should consider are the Viking or Excalibur. Viking is cheap money for what you get. Great customer service they just don;t spend a lot of money on advertising, kind of a "grass-roots" promotion department.
Me personally I have owned or shot every marker you've mentioned (except the A-4). My personal favorite for a 10 man back player is the Timmy. But it works for me. May not work for you.
If you are respectful of the person and equipment, most ballers I know will let you try their markers out (we're all out to prove we have the best) so go to the largest field in your area and do some shooting. Oh and provide your own paint. It's a nice thing to do.

Funny you should mention the E-Bladed Evo-X. My brother has one, and as a normal cocker it is (IMO and others) the best shooting cocker made.
But with the E-blade the Eclipse E-blade (he has both) is a better/smoother firing marker. Can't explain the differences, but all of us who have shot both agree.

I know. I have one as my "back-up". Finally fired it last weekend and it may be "moving on up". Put the WAS board in it (still waiting to send it out to have it drilled for the eyes), but I finally took it off the shelf and used it.
Super fast, no kick, and GREAT air consumption. 2 more weekends of shooting her, and she may go to Number 1!

I thought those things used the 12 grams.....but I'm not sure I can't put any BE names to their guns......which is a good thing.

you should wait til december and go for one of the new bushmasters. they are supposed to be making a new high end gun like around the angel level. so far, all i have heard is that it will be electric and the tray will be eliminated. greg won't say a word.
