Shocker VS Impulse

I am looking to buy a new marker and I would like to get either a Smart Parts Shocker or Impulse. I play midman for my team and i cannot decide to get. What should i get? (and also what upgrades would be the most helpful for the marker your choose) Thanks in advance.

the shocker is better than most of the impulses, unless u buy the new ShockTech imp, tha thing is way better well not way bette than the shocker but if u got $1250 then buy that.

The new Shockers have a much different feel from Imps. It's shooter's preference, try shooting both and decide.

i have around 400$ to spend (i usually buy these in packages off eBay cuz im cheap- last gun was a Shocker Sport Turbo w/ maxflo n new, better, hose for 350) and as far as being able to test guns goes- i live in a very antipaintball area and my nearest paintball retail store is 40 mins away and they only have begginers spyders n tippmans- i have nowhere to test the shocker or impy unless i happen to find someone at the field closest to me who has one (very unlikely)

ohh in that case you were talkin bout an older shocker

get an impulse

i can actually recomend one i didnt buy but its really nice for 350

If its an older shocker forget it impy all the way (get a blade trigger and if u have the money WAS it)

pulse, I find the old shockers to be ugly as sin.

If you mean the old shockers, get the impy. If you mean the new shockers, choose. I usually play mid, and I use an impy, but some people prefer the shocker. Give us a budget-range, and we can help you decide (ex, a mid-to-high end impy costs about the same as a mid-to-low end shocker) and such. If you get an imp, blade it but don't WAS it. Sounds like you couldn't get the eye-hole drilled where you live, and the cost of WAS ontop of vision is quite a lot.
