How to guide for upgrading pneumatics ------>

Ive searched, but cant seem to find the right info on this. I have an '03 cocker and ready to upgrade. Purchased a Shocktech regulator, STO ram & STO 3-way. Im looking for info on doing this task. The reg and 3-way seem easy but Ive heard the ram could be very tricky. I know my limits and know if find the correct guides, I can do it myself. Otherwise I will have to fork out some cash and have a shop do it, which would be my last resort. Again, sorry for posting this if the info is already here, I just cant seem find it.....maybe too much work

ok, for the ram, look at this guide, i know its for a nexus kit, but it tells how to take off the ram and put a new one on

as for the 3-way, what ur gonna do is first take the hoses off, then take the little screws off the timing rod, heres a pic of it

then, ur gonna unscrew the timing collar off (unscrew it to the direction of the timing rod) and then after u take the timing collar off of the hinge frame and away from the 3way, simply unscrew it from the front block, when u take off the 3-way and timing collar it should look like this

then to put ur new 3way on ur gonna do the same steps backwards, screw on the 3-way (i would not reccomend using anything on the threads to hold it), stick the timing collar into the new 3-way onto the lil rod of the inside the 3-way and then screw it in, tighten the collar until its on at the right setting and stick the timing rod into the trigger frame

ok, then for the reg, take off the hose and unscrew the reg off of the front block (check to see if it is locktited), then when u get it off, put teflon tapes on the threads of the new reg about to go on and screw it on, make sure the barb is pointing up so u can get the hose back on, make sure its snug, and after u add all the parts, make sure it is timed and if u need a guide for timing look in the faq stickies

after that u got ur front end upgraded
