Click on the "Navagation" in the upper left top. Then adjust from there.

I learned from the timing game. Yet the first time I timed a cocker I did it backwards. It became a spyder.

The next sentence is true. The previous sentence is false.
I'm rolling with my Alien Interceptor.
I got me a tricked out '04 CCM Series 5, with an E2.

When I shoot my cocker every now and then the marker will cycle but a ball won't feed into the chamber. Is this because my timing is somewhat of?

If I recall, the optimum timing for a Cocker would mean there are no chops, the gun fires first, THEN opens the bolt (obvious), and it opens far enough to allow reliable feeding at all times. That, and if you time it just right, you get a tad bit of suction in the chamber, which helps with feeding.

What is the easiest way to troubleshoot an E-cocker? I'm hvaing some problems with my marker (setup in sig) I don't want to leave my baby at the proshop again, plus I'd like to figure this out so I know for next time. Any help would be great.

Have a look at pages 80 to 83 of your E2 manual (or 81 to 84 of the online manual): -
Online E2 manual
If these trouble shooting suggestions don't resolve your problem, describe what is happening in detail, and one of us can probably assist you with it.

Nevermind, I had to get it done quick so I went to my proshop and found out my trigger pull and release was too fast and my hammer lug was down a bit too far. No biggy. Thanks anyway Uziel. PS I looked in the manual and couldn't figure it out. Thanks again!

You can adjust the Lug depth, cocking rod, and back block. Is it hissing out of the 3-way? That's normal. It's venting the air from the back of the ram before it sends air to the front of the ram.
Yes, you need to remove the grips on the frame, and look for a hole on the inside of the frame. It adjusts the post travel if you must say. The farther the screw is up, the sear will stop sooner.
You could also look into a Shaft kit and a new frame with trigger stops on it. Or look into a electronic frame.

I do not believe that the Trilogy Pro frame has the adjustment screw, but an Orracle Cam Adjuster can be fitted in place of the Trilogy frames safety catch to allow some trigger adjustment. Otherwise you would need a new frame with pre-installed trigger stop screws.

Depending on how short you want to adjust your trigger, you may need to adjust the firing and re-cocking points in the trigger to ensure that they occur within the reduced travel of the trigger. The firing point can be adjusted on the Trilogy Pro by turning the hammer lug, but to adjust the cocking point, you will need to add the TechT Shaft kit to your marker.

You can also remove the clip spring from the front of the grip frame to lighten the trigger pull, or swap the sear spring for a lighter one.
