Well, where do I start?
This guy deserves a medal. Actually, he deserves two medals. The deal started out as my $160 for his 70/45 Crossfire tank. I was originally planning on sending first, but something came up and I needed the tank within a week. I ask Joey if we could send same time, and to my surprise he said yes. He sent the tank UPS style, I sent the MO USPS Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.
After about three days the UPS guy hands me a package from Joey, I was really happy and glad that I got it in time. But, sadly, Joey's MO did not get there. Even though I was promised 2-3 day delivery, the MO did not get to him for another two weeks. I was quite surprised how calm and nice he was. He was more than happy to work things out.
Two weeks past, and still no MO for Joey. I then decide to cancel the old MO and send a new one on its way. This time, I used UPS. The postmaster at my USPS store was quite rude through-out the whole thing. I stopped at the post office every two days to see what the deal was, and everytime he kept saying that it would be there tomorrow, and it never was. Joey, on the other hand, was really nice and helpful and willing to wait and wait.
Once I sent the second MO, the UPS delivery delayed the deliveration date to the full 5 days, even though I was promised 3 days. But, Joey kept cool and calm through-out the whole thing again. Which in my book, gets a
SUPER A+
Thanks for everything Joey.
