Invision. You will love it. It is comfortable and good.
Honestly, I would go with the Invision. The only major drawback is the difficulty of changing lenses. Other than that they are fine. Look great, feel light, great field of view, doesn't fog too bad.

I'd go with the Proteus. They give my face better ear protection, thats its nly benefit. They both have the same downfalls. Hard to change lenses, no neck/little chin protection.

I'd go with the Proteus, but it's mainly preference. My brother has a Proteus and it is very comfortable and has great vision, which I'm sure the Invision does too. The only drawback with the Invision is, I heard they fog a lot.... which I'm not totally sure on this one.

I can change lenses on my Flex-7 fairly easy. I'm tellin you man, those guys at Dye must think we have steel fingers. It's way harder to change a lens in the Invision than the Proteus.
I don't like the appearance of the Proteus.
I've played two woods games with a Dye mask and didn't fog too bad(I usually get a bit on my Flex-7 in the woods).

well, I had this same problem, but I went with Proteus, and I'm fairly happy, I've only been shot in the chin twice, and if you're not talking (I was playin back when I got nailed both times yellin possitions when I got hit) I like the Prot's flexable bottom half, and they are reaal compfy. The invisions look really cool! I am 14 and a little on the petite side, and the Invisions fit my ears fine, I'd say Prot's or some other JT mask, if I coulda gone back, I woulda waited and bought the Pro-Flex.

Man is it not so freaking obvious, the invision looks, feels and you can see thru it better ohh and when you wear the invision it doesnt feel like a space helmet comepared to when I put a proteus on I feel the urge to call people spock and yoda at any minute I want to rip out my lightsaber. But When I put on the invision I feel like im gonnna play paintball. So if you like to play star wars I would go with the proteus but If you like to paintball I would go with the invision. ohh and DYE makes invision and JT makes proteus that oughta give it away right there.

I've used both and i like my invasion a lot better than the proteus. There both the same distance from your face and they both fog in extreme humidity.
Looks: invasion looks way nicer
Breathing: invasion is more open in the front because of the gills so it is easier to breathe.
Comfort:personal preference. For me the invasion feels nicer.
Vision:same
Protection:same

i wrote a very detailed review on the invision u should check out. read that and find a detailed review on the proteus. compare these and then go try them on at a pro shop. it helps to do some in-depth comparison shopping too!

I have the Proteus and love it. It is the most comfortable mask I have ever worn. My friend has the invision. Its pretty comfortable too, but not as good as Proteus
I would go with PROTEUS

ALL PREFERENCE go out and try if you can I like the proteus more buy I like the profiler better. Some like the invisions more than both its your decision not ares both mask are antifog, both masks you can get fans, both masks are small. You have to decide what is more comfy and what you think looks better etc.... to you

although it is hard to change the lense, it makes you feel more secure, thinking that the len won't just fall out. or the taps break off. like my scott
