Question Possible Marauder problem

My friend borrowed my Marauder to go paintballing with me, but the rental place gave him an empty tank, causing it to spaz out in full auto. Shortly thereafter, we test-fired it with a full HPA tank, and it fired once, but then on the second try went full auto for a half second. We noticed that one of the pull pins fell out, causing the gun to split in half. I'm gonna buy another pull pin this week, but I just wanted to know if the second full auto problem was due to the pull pin, or because it was damaged from the first empty HPA tank we used. This gun was working fine 3 weeks ago when I last tried it.

Probably not getting full sear engagement with the hammer.

Possibly the lack of a pull pin is allowing the trigger assembly to not be held as close to the hammer as it should be, or possibly the sear is worn.

this is a gun that proably when you bought it cost 100$ so it is really made not to last like a tippmann or a auto cocker it is going to wear out and might need o rings replaced and tooken apart and oiled up( use the paintball gun oil)and that should be getting the gun working again also look in to getting as many replacement parts as you can get cause they will always wear down even if you keep it oiled thats what i did with all the guns i own

brass eagle blade
tippmann 98 custom platium
gameface vexor
spyder victor
vl triad
i have at least one extra set of springs and o rings to keep them for each of the guns

Squirt some oil in the ASA and keep trying to get it to fire correctly. 9 times out of 10 this seems to fix the problem, in my experience, when the marker wants to sputter and jackhammer when trying to shoot. Also make sure the grip frame is tight on the marker body.
