it will fit, but it won't work right. dragun frames cause cocking issues with spyders, and vice-versa.

Well, a lot of it depends on personal preference. Such as how far you want it to put the tank forward, how much you want it to raise/lower the vertical profile of the gun, if you want an on/off on it, stuff like that.
I personally like a mini, like the Dye Mini Drop (looks exactly like the stock drop on the dragun) because it doesnt raise the profile very much. But a lot of people like a drop that puts the tank a bit more forward than that. Some people like a rail asa or direct mount, because it doesnt raise the profile at all, but puts the tank all the way at the rear, so makes it an uncomfortable reach for people with shorter/smaller arms (kids, females, etc).
Just remember that the longer forward the drop is, the more forward it will put the tank. Which can make the gun more compact. But TOO far forward, and it starts to unbalance the gun. The more of a drop that it has, the higher the gun ****s when you've got the tank shouldered.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Paintball-System...QQcmdZViewItem this right here is a good example of a mid-sized drop. and is pretty good.
http://cgi.ebay.com/WGP-Torpedo-ASA-...QQcmdZViewItem as is this one.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Skyforce-Drop-Fo...QQcmdZViewItem this one is an example of a Long Drop

http://cgi.ebay.com/UNIVERSAL-DROP-F...QQcmdZViewItem a REALLY long drop

http://cgi.ebay.com/E-PAINTBALL-Chec...QQcmdZViewItem a direct mount

http://cgi.ebay.com/BLACK-DYE-Drop-f...QQcmdZViewItem a mini drop
