Pro's: Extremly low prices, far cheaper then any shop in Phoenix. Free shipping over $100. They package their items very well, I've never had a broken ball in any of the boxes I ordered. Shipping is very fast, and they ship UPS so it's really unlikely you will not get a package. Some people have problems with backorders I suppose, but every time I've ordered something I've made sure it was in stock.

Cons: Don't usually have everything I want, but hey, what more can you ask for?

My experience with them has been a perfect 10.

First time I got my order fast and without any problems. Second time was just recent when I called on Monday and they couldn't find a record of me making an order. Then after many phone calls and calls that were SUPPOSED to be returned, I gave up and bought from somewhere else.

-You can talk to operators online with questions about certain products.
-You can order online and over the phone
-located in ohio so they are fairly close to everywhere in the US.

-They don't have something online that tells you if what you want is in stock.
-It is basically impossible to get ahold of someone over the phone to discuss an order.
-1-3 days to get back to you by email.
-Misrepresents there shipping. E.G. they say FREE SHIPPING, but then you get the details and in order to qualify you have to have over $100.

Conclusion, I am not going to order from them again unless I have to becuase of all the cons. Also, a big part of it has to do with the in stock or out of stock issue.

Pros: They have a wide variety of things. They have brand new things as soon as they come out. They have very low prices. They have great shipping and customer support.

Cons: They take forever to restock stuff. Also, my brother bought the last Empire 05 Timmy in Grey/Black that they had. As a result, he got one that has obviously been on the stand. It had scratches, a blown reg, and pink paint on it. Also, they don't return high end markers.

9/10 for me
7/10 for my brother.

Pros: They restock quite fast, and have low prices and great shipping.
Cons: They have a limited variety of products.

I ordered my G4H Nexus Ego from them, and received it 3 days later. It came in great packaging (thing was near impossible to open) and they keep you up to date on what was going on with my order.

Good-- great selection, good prices great customer service (my firend bought the wrong size pack and they allowed him to get a different one and buy a dvd with the diff.
BAD- stuff is out of stock constantly, slower shipping times


Good--Decent selection, great prices, got the stuff real fast
BAD-- not as large a selection as actionvillage, not as many aftermarket parts as AV

UltimatePaintball.com: Cheap prices, but be wary of what you get here. They falsely advertise items on their website as being brand name when they are not. Also, while the PB guns from here work fine, they have much older solenoids in them than they should. I won't be ordering from them again.

To Whom it may Concern,

I sent your company an email on March 1, 2007 regarding the purchase I
made on February 22, 2007. To date I have not been sent a reply
regarding this email, nor the two calls I placed to your office. I
did however receive an email notification today, that the product I
ordered a month ago was shipped...today.

Per your website, refunds are accepted within 15 days of the original
purchase, however I had not received any notification, nor the
product(s), within those 15 days. So I would ask that the date of
purchase be pro-rated to reflect the truancy of the processing of my
order and the date by which it will arrive. Furthermore, if this
product has not yet shipped I would like my order cancelled
immediately and a refund made to my card. I have already placed a
call with Mastercard and Washington Mutual so they are well aware of
the terms and conditions and my grievance.

If this is not done I will file a complaint with my bank which will in

In closing, this is by far the worst online experience I have ever

Thanks so much for the reply. I usually have a pretty high threshold
for issues like this and would prefer to have a more favorable
relationship with stores, such as yours, that provide great products
at great prices. But in trying to get a hold of you I spoke with
Mastercard and they had no merchant contact information for your
account. Washington Mutual stated that the charge went through
"expert carwash" so perhaps you can empathize with the frustration I
was having after being charged for an item but not receiving the
product in a timely manner.

If the item has already shipped then I will take it down to the post
office to have it returned. Or, if you can call UPS, give them the
tracking number and have them cancel the order mid-route the product
will make it back to your business without any further delay.

As far as compensation goes, I have already referred a couple of
friends, from the field as well as in the forums, to your site because
of the great prices you offer. However, I have already received both
a mag kit and suppressor directly from Ariakon within the last two
weeks. But getting back to my own endorsement of your site, I do not
want them to have the same experience. Nor do I want to negatively
impact traffic to your online store. As I stated earlier, your prices
are very competitive and I am always willing to support businesses
that reward those of us that seek out great deals. I am an avid
milsim and woodsball player out here in the SF Bay Area, a 4th year at
UC Berkeley, so I play with a lot of people that don't quite
represent the stereotypical player.

In closing, despite this first issue, your prices are still lower than
a lot of other outlets and I wanted to know how fast you could ship
two tiberius arms tac-8 mags.

compensation should have come in the form of prioritizing my order and
taking ownership of this problem. None of this has happened.

business Tuesday. If I do not hear from you AND receive a faxed copy
of my refund by 5pm (PST) Tuesday, March 27, 2007 I will initiate a
fraud investigation with my bank as well as Mastercard.

1) Pretty easy to navigate, sometimes a few things here and there can be confusing. I shopped there because they occasionally have sales that are pretty enticing, but due to recent experience I have washed my hands of them.
2) Prices are good, and they have good sales.
3) What I bought - Two proto EL masks, two new designs rail/on off combos, two three hundred ball hoppers for tripod system, two aluminum halo drive cones, two dye 06 grey tank covers, two nipple covers, five microfiber cloths, 100 reballs, one clear lense for profiler.
What I got- The masks, the on/off's, the tripod 300's, two hybrid roulette drive cones, no reballs, 07 grey rhino covers, the nipple covers, and a smoke lense. I had received a refund on the reballs.
4) Took pretty long to get to us, like 3 weeks.
5) Customer service was completely rediculous. I confronted them through an Email about not receiving the reballs and getting a smoke lense instead of a clear, as those were my two main concerns. Well, I get a pretty snide email back saying if I ordered a smoke lense I would have gotten a smoke lense, so I must be wrong and it must be clear. He also says that he didn't send the reballs because they had contacted me and I said I was fine with getting my money refunded instead of getting the balls. I said no such thing. Anyway, The customer service is atrocious. I will finish my reasoning off below...
6) Don't bother shopping from there. If anything is screwed up ever, or if you ever need to deal with the gentleman who returns the emails or either of the owners you will find out why. They are just condescending, difficult freaks there.
7)I would never buy there again. Store owners are, more or less, scumsuckers.

anyhow, here is the first email I received after inquiring about the reballs and smoke lense.

" If you had ordered a clear one, we would have definitely sent a clear
one. Sometimes these lenses are mistaken for smoke.

Re-Balls supply chain to North America has dried up, and we stopped
distributing them (and they are not on the site). If you had received a
refund of Re-Balls it's because someone asked to sub you out, and you
declined. We only do this in this situation."

I was none too thrilled, as I would have gladly accepted z-balls (A different brand name) instead, because there was a 20% off sale going on at the time, and I wanted to lump them in with the other things I got shipping-wise. So, this email made me pretty ticked. I decided to phone in and see what could be done. The gentleman on the phone was nothing short of a peach to deal with. He said he could ship me the z-balls at 20% off, with free shipping and replace the lense. So, he tells me to throw our conversation in the comments section of the online order form. So I do, and receive this email.

"Hi Stephen, I would need to know the name of the person you talked to when
you phoned, as we are not in the practice of handing out free product, and
the person who made this commitment will have to be the one paying for the
free lense.

As for the z-balls, I am more than happy to send you 100 of them at 20% off,
but you will be responsible for the freight. Again, if someone has commited
free freight to you, they will have to pay for it."

So, I am a little ticked. Here this man has taken a perfectly reasonable solution and has me putting someones neck in the noose for it. Well, I reply to him telling him if I do tell him, I am simply incriminating someone who will most likely not own up if it means coughing up for something Ihad already paid for. I receive this as a response.

Stephen, while your sketching out on me, try for a moment to see it from my perspective if you are capable. You placed an order with our company, and in the order, you wrote that "someone" at my company made a commitment of "free this and free that." In a response of general respect other than flat out calling you a liar or a cheat, I simply and calmly asked you "whom did you talked to" with a response of "I don't know." A simple information gathering exercise, and you cannot even provide me with a name. Can I assume then I can call your house and say "well someone there promised to give me all your kitchen appliances for free, and they told me to call back and it would be so." And you ask "who said that" and I reply "no clue, but SOMEONE said it was ok when I called, so send me your kitchen appliances because someone at your house said that was ok, even though I cannot recall who it was, and you have to HONOR my request or else." See how silly that sounds? You're telling me "someone" told you all these things, but when I asked you to present me with a name, you don't have one. Usually when someone is given "something" for free they insure that they get a name so when they call back, they can retreive "that" person to speak to to insure they get what was promised to them. We all have names and we give them out when people ask.

My business is my livelihood, and I don't hand out free stuff to anyone unless there is a clearly definining reason why, and I don't let other people do it either or they get the boot. If you have something in writing for me to look at in regards to the lense issue and the free shipping, by all means pass it along and I'll look at it. So far all I have is information from one side missing key points to all come together. I personally did not promise anyone what you're referring to, and as I mentioned in the previous e-mail, my suggestion is to call the telephone # you called that connected you to your "free lense and shipping" outcome and discuss your situation with whomever retreives the call and see if you can locate the person who made that commitment to you in order to get what your looking for."

Well, I tried phoning the owner to maybe have him squirm if nothing else. I managed to browbeat him into giving me free shipping on the z-balls and replacing the lense but at that point I didn't care. I had phoned him up mostly to get in his face and, quite frankly, I wasn't ready to trust shipping the lense away to them believing they would send me a clear back. I had been taken once already.

1) The site is setup very well. It tells when something is in stock. It seems like they update it often, but not every day.
2) The prices are as good as action village, and they have free shipping too. From my experiences there, they have excelet sales.
3) I got an on/off co2 valve, 2 evil detonator regs ($25 each!), a 3.5oz. tanks (which ended up being out of stock) and some o-rings.
4) The shiping was very fast. Where actionvillage and compulsive takes 6-7 days, I got my stuff 3 days after I ordered it.
5) The customer service is great, they called the day after I ordered to let me know that a product was out of stock and if I wanted to cancel that product, the order, put it on back-order, or change it out for another product.
6) Great site, great customer service, very fast, cheap, free shipping, all around excelent.
7) I would buy from them again because of all I said in #6.

4) It's free shipping for over $100 (it used to be $80). None of the products I have ordered have came damaged. It takes about a week. As soon as it ships, they send you the tracking number.

1) Xtreme Paintball is not a bad site, the colors throw you off at first but overall its easy to navigate through. They have a good selection of all sorts of equipment, markers, clothing, upgrades, paint, more or less all the good stuff you’d expect to find in any online paintball store. They take Visa, MasterCard, AmeX, PayPay, all sorts of payment options.

2) For the most part the prices are right about on average with most companies, a little high on some but low on others. Free shipping on orders over $100 is always nice.

3) I bought a case of Evil, and two GenX Vests. Got a case of Evil and two vests... eventually.

4) Paint arrived on time, but the vests were on back order. They were ordered in early December, didn’t arrive till late last month. Took 4 months? Crazy

5) I kept in contact with the shipping department and ordering personals often, they were helpful and willing to work with me.Gave me the options of giving me my money back, credit it towards something else, or keep holding on. I'm a sucker for a good deal and kept waiting.

6) Shipping aside, they were good. I would give them high marks for being an easy to use, friendly site, good customer service, and all that jazz. Now waiting four months for two vests... really makes me question them. Maybe update site to show what items are on backorder and for how long? Or even just what items they have in stock would be nice.

7) Yes, I’m filling out an order right now to get a new mask and some more paint. You think I would have learned but it really wasn’t too bad. I don’t play much in the winter anyways. Still surprised I haven’t just dropped them totally.
