Styles of Play Available: According to some of there advertisements they offer woods, speedball, and a scenario course, but what I found when I got there was a couple fields made out of tires, OSB (chip board) and hay bales. As for the woods it should not be able to be considered woods, the size of there "woods" field is about 100'x65' and the biggest tree on the field is no more than 4" in diameter. And the scenario course well if you see a scenario course let me know.
Comments/Conclusions: This place is the worse; I have seen backyard fields better then this one. They seem to have jumped into paintball for an instant profit. They have some sort of ridiculous membership dues that start at $150 and go to $450, and all you get is the field fee for a year with the $150 one and with the $450 you get the field fee for the year, 2 cases of junk paint and some Wal-Mart Special roller bag. So all in all I would say stay away from this field it is one of the biggest rip off ever.
Also one other thing now myself and the rest of my team are no longer aloud to play at this field and the only reason the owner gave us was that god told him not to allow us on his field. So players beware!!!

Comments/Conculsions: The biggest complaint I've heard from people is that they play the same fields week in and week out, but the reason of that is that the refs let the players choose which fields to play on. I've also talked to one of the head refs and he's in the process of building a few more "themed" fields (like the Castle and the Western City). During the winter there can be groups over 100 which they divide up into smaller groups. Most of the refs are very good, and all play paintball themselves. Great place for newbies and intermediate players to go to learn speedball (but speedball field lacks a bit for the more experienced players) and great place to play woodsball. Most of the people who play there are good sports with good attitudes, though you get a couple of bad seeds. The good players that play there are more skillfull and don't rely on spray and pray to eliminate players. This field also includes a field shop as well as a gun tech on almost every weekend.

paintball. Rocky Creek has horrible service, etc, but better
fields. I think that First Strike needs another concept field to
be better than Rocky Creek in the field area, but their
management is much nicer and knowledgable. I've only played
there once, but ALL of my friends thatplay believe that
RockyCreek's refs aren't as good, owner isn't as nice, and
overall everything is worse than First Strike's. Oh, that's what
I believe too.

Comments/Conculsions: this place is awesome( except for a couple snotty refs...outa like 7) it has a bunch of nice people at the store, its fields are awesome, its rentals are awesome.....if u want a private group ask them if u can get the little kid ref, or the old man ref(they are the best ones)
This place is very friendly. Open speedball/airball /urban combat areas as well as wooded speedball .There are some "Team Speedball"players that offer stiffer competion and for the most part don't complain to much about those of us that want to get to that level. We(6players)all love the atmosphere there, it's becomming our home field. Try it out for yourself. BYOP on Sundays, all prices are competitive with other fields with the same services. Last sunday we ate lunch there - 1 large,1 topping pizza = 6 dollars. Cold Drinks, clean bathrooms. I showed up once without my mask and was promptly loaned one at no charge. Dude is this the one of highway 15 or behind Thomas Sumter because both of them were closed....the only one in Sumter now is Shaw which is woods only...no speedball and i hate it
