I just bought a TES and when I try to fire it it fires one ball and then seems to fire a whole bunch of blanks and drain most of my co2 and freeze up the gun. What is the problem

could be that your pressure is set too low(no higher than 500psi)

is ur CO2 anti-siphoned? hopefully it is.

It is set just bellow 500. In the manual it says no higher than 950 and i read somewhere that increasing the pressure can help it seal and solve some problems. What is anti-siphoned?

Anit-siphon CO2 tanks are tanks that have a small tube inserted into them, which prevents liquid CO2 from entering your regulator.

Heavier main spring maybe? You can get a Spyder spring kit for like 8 bucks in most stores and it might be worth tyring before paying someone to fix it. Not sure I'm no gun tech.

How do you adjust the sear?

When I try to fire my gun, it just fires one paintball and then just a whole bunch of CO2 on full auto. I was told I need to adjust the sear to get it to stop. The manual has instructions but I cant figure out how to do it. It talks about the locking adjustment screw and sear adjustment screw but I don't know where these are. It also says to "turn trigger frame off" and then "set to fire mode" which you can't do if it is off. Someone please help me figure this out.

some TES's don't have sear adjustment screws, but it should be on the inside of the frame right under the sear, my tes doesn't have an adjustment screw

Set your pressure at about 300psi. Take out your sear spring and stretch it just a tiny bit. if that dosen't work...

the manual made a mistake it meant to say turn the trigger frame on, do what the manual says, the sear adjustment is about the only thing right in the manual

Thanks for the help. Right now I have the pressure at 500. Which screw is it that changes the pressure? It says the allen head screw in the foregrip but I cant figure out which one it is. I tried turning screws but they didn't change the pressure.

are you turning the screws on the regulator? its the larger black one. when your turning down the pressure you will have take a few shots every once in a while to check the pressure, turn counter-clockwise to increase pressure and turn clockwise to decrease pressure

If you want my advice I say buy a new Reg and call it a day. The stock reg for that gun blows chunks. Mine had to be dismantled and rebuilt out of the box to get mine working right and I've heard many similar stories. I've had about every problem possible with mine in only the few times I used it but that's just my luck, a little tlc and it works great. I still love my TES.

It will fit, but you will have to slide your asa all the way back.

If you replace the drop, you have some problems getting a new braided line to fit. The one has some weird threads.

k got my t.e.s. for christmas used it 4 times full day. after reading 2 pages of threads here im reallizing that i have some pretty uncommon problems here. first off i have around 20 ft of range less than my cousins stock imp and the rental 98s of the field. I cant change the velocity the big allen screw of the reg even 20-25 turn either direction yields no result. its stuck at 230-250 with constant spikes of 280 and thats within 10 shots. finally the bolt will uncock after sputering out like its on an empty co2 tank when im on a full nitro! Ive been told that its the reg so im sending it in under warrenty then im selling it all because of the range and lack of parts

don't sell it, most of those problems are caused by the regulator (the low fps also), i bet if you send it to dragun and told them (in a note) all the problems your having, when you get it back it will be fine if you still don't like go ahead and sell, but most problems would be fixed once you get a replacement regulator

also if you sell the tes, your not going to get much money for it stock you'd be better off keeping it, when you get it back if you have problem we can most likly help you fix it anyway
