Heres another heads up that you guys might have heard about? At a tourney I played a while ago, players were sticking quarters in opposing players Hoppers so they would jam mid game. Just if you are going to leave to register or such, make sure you have someone responsible guarding your gear.

But otherwise, just get some friends and bring them along and take turns watching all the group's gear. It sucks because it may mean one guy missing a game because the others have to go get chronoed and get done first, but it's a small price to pay.

Think about it. You leave your gear at the table to chrono so you don't have to miss a game. But while doing that someone takes all your gear. Now you miss all of the games.

I use a lockable plastic case for the turtle..its too valuable to leave alone...glad to see another girl on here.

i have a delrin bolt in my impy, and i scratched my intials into the back. its a vodoo so i put one in each "valley"( dont know what they are called.

You know what I do? I have an A5 with a stock so I can put a sling on it. I just have the gun on me at all times, with a sling its so much easier.

Whenever I dont go with a friend or my brother I usually end up meeting with a nice family or two, and I really doubt that a mom with 3 boys under the ages of 15 are going to do anything stupid. Plus I lock my stuff in my trunk anyways.

Why don't you guys put it in your car and lock it?
The other thing is do not put your initials on the bolt or anything like that. I mean, is someone Really going to disassemble their gun and show you the back of the bolt just because you "think" it is yours. If you put more than 1000 into your gun I am sure you can get it annoed or milled. If you put less than 1000 then just do something to your gun more obvious like scratch your name into the back of the grip frame or at the bottom of your guns body. On my gun I have my name on the feedneck and the bottom of the body, along with a note for whoever would steal it inside the grip frame. On my old spyder
I milled in my name with a razor on the side of the beavertail.
