leaky noid

My noid is leaking on my bko. I tried turning my lpr down, tightening the screw that hold the noid on, and I changed the battery. All did nothing any ideas.

look at the sticky. its got a thing in there to stop a leaky noid.

Same thing happened to my b2k4. It's on it's way to ICD right now. Sorry I'm not sure what the problem is.
