Used to share a bike with the Faja (Father, for the stupid people who don't get it). Honda Shadow '05, 800cc. Some standard black helmet, I don't remember much else about the thing. I'm planning on picking up a dinky Honda CBR 125R when I move back to the city. Pics for proof *keep in mind this is almost 4 years ago*:

Its a '74 Yamaha 360Enduro
My helmet and riding gear don't matter. Don't know what the helmet is; and my riding gear is just Carharts.

This is my Honda 230. It was a great bike to start on but man was it easy to grow out of. So im currently in talks with trading it for a 125rm or just selling it and buying the 250x. For my gear I just use my DH gear except my Helmet and riding boots.

I found a cool quote online:
"The difference between driving a car and climbing onto a motorcycle is the difference between watching TV and actually living your life."
I think it also applies to MTB as well.

Besides older biking being beasts, I can see dropping 6-12grand on a bike. I'll keep my old bike... Thing is kinda scary when ya are doing 65 down the highway, but it is a rush... Just hope it doesn't fall apart on me.

Too bad I sold my bike 2 weeks ago. No more riding and racing motocross for me. One too many of my friends are in wheel chairs now and I have no intentions of doing anything with motocross anymore. I got my fun out of 125 expert, and now I'm done.
EDIT: Since it's here though...

I never understood the point of getting either a busa or the zx-14, unless you're a big enough person that a bike that size it the only thing that really fits you.
Besides that, why? Speed? A 600-750 is plenty fast, plus a bike that size you could actually go on the track with. Maybe a 1000rr, but by that time you better be heavy into track racing. It just seems to me the people that want/get the busa's and zx-14's only get them because they need the "biggest fastest bike there is" when almost all of them won't (or shouldn't due to incompetence) make use of all it offers.
To me when I see guys on their big bikes I just see the type of idiots responsible for the motorcycle clip on COPS. I'm sure it doesn't hold true all the time, just as I'm sure there are just as many idiots on 600's and 1000's. But I'd venture a guess more people have accidents of lasting damage on 1000's and up then on 600's.
----
That being said, I'd love to have a streetbike, but when it comes down to it I'll take any sort of motorcycle, something's better then nothing.

I too would love to have a street bike; it is kinda useless around here though. Most of the roads are dirt anyway.. I loves me Enduro though, can go anywhere.
