question on my timing

I got my cocker to have a very short trigger pull, where the 3-way rod is what stops further travel of the trigger. Is that normal? Im not sure if this can cause some wear and tear on the inside of the besales 3-way.
Thanks

As long as the screws on the timing rod coupler aren't scraping on the inside of the 3-way I wouldn't worry about it.
