Is your CO2 tank anti-syphoned? If not, installing one may help a little. I would also suggest stripping and cleaning your regulator, as some of the spikes may be down to the regulator not functioning quite as it should. Like Dark, I think that the regulator is the most likely cause of this problem.

back on the timing game, how do u adjust the 3-way so its green? i can get everything green, except the 3-way, it keeps staying yellow. i want the lightest trigger pull as possible, so i raised the lug as high as possible, and iono im confused. either everything is green except yellow 3-way, or wverything is green except lug, how do i fix those to match each other?

The timing game is not about how to shorten your trigger pull, it is about timing your marker to be as reliable as possible, so chances are that it wants you to lower the lug further, and then adjust the 3-way actuation to compensate for the marker firing later in the trigger pull (make the 3-way switch later in the trigger pull) - in other words, it wants you to make your trigger pull longer, not shorter.

It is purely a tutor on how to time your marker, not on how to carry out a trigger job.
