thanks guys for saving me some money and headache trying to figure out how in the world to install non-fitting parts.
being somewhat new to this i just wanted to check to make sure.
once the marker gets here i'm sure i'll have a slew more questions.
tried to read all the pages here for answers but have only gotten as far as about page 20 so far...:\

do0t. i'm up to pg 33 and 90% of it so far is like an IM chat between Dark and Detroitpb...OMG the back and forth is making my brain numb.
yeah, i don't like to just jump in and start asking questions to readily avail info already asked eleventy-billion times before me.
matter of fact, i've been casually looking into paintball markers for the past 2 years. been reading about them here and in the reviews section but now that i got some extra cash (that didn't have to go to car or house repairs) and finally made my purchase (a Dragun TES and a Trilogy Pro) i finally registered as a user to get some more specific questions answered.
i know on other boards it's irritating and on the automotive board i am a mod on, we slap teh no0b kids for not using the search function.
[back to pg 33 for more schooling...i feel like i'm back in college, sheesh.]

Lets not spam this thread more then it already is
But the Triliogies are worth the money to a certian extent, ie- for rec ballers that want a verstile marker that can be upgraded into the paintflinger ring
Yes I was a mod on a poker forum but after that bill was approved they shut it down so I know exactly what you mean pozzi

It would make 3 threads we spammed into death.

trilogy shroud
I play mostly woodsball with my trilogy comp., and I wanted to get a shroud to protect the front of the gun and also be able to use it as a grip. Does anyone know where I can get one?

Is there a way to replace the trigger on my comp? I already milled off the trigger guard. If so can i use any cocker trigger?

You should be able to use any trigger designed to fit the full sized Hinge frame: -
http://www.armyoforr.com/frames.asp
Unfortunately, not all places will allow you to play without a trigger guard. Despite the fact your marker has a safety, removing the trigger guard is still often seen as an unacceptable risk, making the marker likely to fire if the trigger is knocked accidentally.

I hope I don't sound too stupid for asking this... In all the time I've played paintball, I've seen many, but never used any, autocockers. I have the opportunity to buy a used Trilogy for less than $100. (It needs to be cleaned, that's about it.) I don't know how to really use these, nor do I have any idea how to time them. Does anybody, in their opinion, think that this might be a nice 'cocker to start with and learn how to time? I've read some reviews on them, and I can't find many useful ones. (They are either scalding and biased, or 10-point reviews given by fan boys/girls.) Opinions?

hey everyone, a buddy of mine has a Trilly Tactical, and was wondering if he would be able to swap out the reg...we stripped it down, and it appears to have a whole different system as far as installation goes...is it possible to make the swap?

Are you referring to the LPR? If so, yes, the stock LPR can be removed from a Trilogy, and either replaced with a threaded adapter that accepts normal Autococker LPRs (made by TechT) or you can install the Palmer Trilogy Rock, which is a direct replacement for the stcok LPR and screws straight in.

Spyder LPC's also fit. That way you can run an LPR from a guage port on your HPR (or drill and tap the body). Jus' sayin'. Might be cheaper.

I have been using low end spyders my whole life and just finally bought the trilogy pro. I dont know what I am missing but how does the cocking work? I pull back on it and it wont stay cocked. Anything specific I must do?
