Question too many numbers

what do all these numbers mean, like 47/3000 75/4500?

first number, (47 ) reffers to the bottle size in Cubic Inches, the volume of air it holds. The second number, is the pressure you can fill the bottle to

for example:

47/3000 A 47 cubic inch bottle, that can fill to 3000 psil

72/4500 a 72 cubic inch bottle, that can be filled up to 4500 psi.
