Lasoya Promaster Problem

Hi, I've been out of paintball for a while, and I just got a new lasoya promaster today. I took it out of the box and aired it up, and it started leaking from the lpr and the tank side of the asa. I tried adjusting the lpr, and it didn't do anything. It wasn't just leaking, it was shooting a ton of air through the lpr. I have no idea what is going on. Can anyone help?

Sounds like your LPR didn't get lubed before it shipped out. You will need to tear it down and lube it, you might also have to replace the oring on the piston.

If you are blowing air out the tiank side of your ASA, it's probably a tank oring.

It isnt the tank oring, i already replaced that. I took the mapart and both the LPR and HPR are completely dry, no lube whatsoever. thanks for the help

My roommate's little brothers ProMaster is doing the exact same thing, he cured it by balancing the velocity adjuster and the lpr, but it was only temporary as it would start the same problem over again in the same exact manner after 2 or 3 games. My advice is to upgrade to a newer and better technology, I'd suggest an Invert Mini($325) or if you have a little extra bank, a Proto Matrix Rail UL($450). ICD stopped production as of last year so don't expect any new up's in the future. I love ICD stuff(I mean, look at my screen name) but it's just a inferior technology now.

Well I just lubed all the seals, and it works great. The tank oring I used to replace the first one was also bad, so I had to replace it again, and now the fill nipple is blown, but that isnt relevant to this thread.

Thanks again 63VDub

Have to disagree. There's not a poppet valve marker out there that operates too dissimilar to the PM and very few, borg and Vike being the exceptions, that can outshoot it. The FS is still upper competitive. Teh only thing that is being offered are more bells and whistles and rebadged old tech.

Proper maint. will give you years of life from your PM, and with the tourney BPS caps, who cares if your super uber pea shooter can do 30+ bps.

check ur lpr gauge it most likely spun do to the mass amount of airrunning through it. Had the same thing happen to my lasoya. The place I got mine from gave me a new gauge for warranty.
