This is a question that should be asked in the Air System forum, as it is not specific to the Nerve.
Remove the hose and make sure that it is cut square at each end. If the ends of the hose are cut at an angle, they won't seal. Then, re-install the hose, making sure that you push the hose as far as you can in to each fitting. Then give the hose a tug so that the fitting grips the hose.
