Vision Shocker, E Tek Ego, or PM6?
which one should i get cuz there are all about the same price. i know shocker is less than these two but after you put a reg and an HE bolt it is the same price range pretty much. my friends want to get one of these 3 but they arent sure which one. give me some facts on the guns please not just opinions. thanks in advance.

I'd take the Etek, but the PM6 is still really nice. Shoot each and decide from that.

Depends...do you want a ram driven or spool valve?*this is copied from a similar thread where i posted* Ram driven are generally more loud, but doesnt use as much air. Spool valves are generally quieter, but could suffer first shot drop off when not cared for properly. Also, it isnt as air friendly. Personally, I'd go both ways. I love both my Dm3 and timmy.

With the new Shockers coming out, "Vision Shocker" isn't a particularly helpful description. Is it the Shocker SFT or NXT that your friend is interested in?

Out of those i'd get the new nxt shocker if that's the shocker then pm6 if it's not. I'd also look into the aliens.

You would take the new Shocker over a PM6? Is it really that good?

personally i hate the pm6 so i wouldnt get that. the nxt vs the etek is a lot closer in my book. personally i am a fan of egos so i would take the etek. its supposed to be very similar to the 06 ego. all it lacks is the screen, some modes, and different parts (also no qev) but other than that it will perform just as well.

As far as modes are concerned, the Etek gives you semi modes 1 and 2 (uncapped and capped semi), and ramping modes 1,2 and 3 (PSP/CFOA, old style Millennium and new style Millennium), so in comparison to the stock Ego 6 board, it is only the training mode that is missing.

I'm assuming he's talking about the Shocker SFT since the NXT Shocker comes with an HE Bolt and Mini Reg. I personally would go Etek. I just like the feel of it. But you really can't go wrong with a PM6 either. I wouldn't really go for the SFT, if anything wait for the NXT.

I'd still take the EGO, but hold and shoot each one before you buy any of them.

Ignoring the 2K2 and earlier closed bolt Shockers, you still have two types of Shockers to choose from. The NXT is actually the newest Shocker, and is replacing the SFT Shocker.
It is basically an SFT Shocker, but with break beam eyes rather than reflective, new milling, new reg, and a full HE bolt kit installed as standard.
