Spyder Pump
Some of you may or may not know that I was working on converting a spyder to a pump, and im finally finished, I had enough extra parts to make a seconf gun(i also have another imagine) . I have some perfecting to do, i have to put a bottom line on it, i used the stuff from my other imagine to test it top make sure everything works. If you want to know how to do it just ask, I will be making a guide soon.

How's it work? How do you gas it up? And how do you stop it from recocking? And what the heck did you do to the trigger?

i gotta get my friends camera... and a bottomline and a valve, i used the stuff on my other imagine to test it.
but i just took the pin out that connects the striker to the bolt, so the bolt only lets the paintball in and serves as an air passage, so the striker recocks every time
and the trigger is just the otters mod and i made the stock trigger a custom blade

i used every thing i had, the arm is PVC pipe, attached to a threaded rod... i had to go to the hardware store to get the PVC and rod, it cost $3, otherwise everything was just parts i had laying around, or stuff i replaced on my main setup

ive shot 400+ rounds and it hasnt yet, if it did i would just cut a small pin that would go in the striker and in the groove to prevent any turning, ill probably do it any way, i already did one on the bolt.

Nice modding. I liked one guy's VSC version over on PBN more, but still nice. Pick up a cheap single trigger frame off of BST or ebay; looks nicer and feels nicer too....at least to me.

ya once i get a camera and a file made ill post it, my computer doesnt have the video card ability to upload videos so i have to go through my friends, and im getting a compact at my field cheap so im gonna mess with the frame on that.

Can you give some more detail on the rod? What exactly is it, and how does it connect to the pipe and body?

i taped the pipe with a 10-32 tap and screwed some threaded rod into it, then i drilled a hole in the back of the bolt and put the threaded rod in there, i notched the otherside of the rod (part in the bolt) and put a cotter key on it so it doesnt slip loose, everything is really easy to remove this way, so if i need a good semi-back up, i have this one.
