Does the UL frame come with a board?
Oh and can you use the UL trigger in the UL frame?

When you buy the UL frame, the board AND trigger are supplied - it comes as a complete package (grips are included as well), pre-assembled and ready to go. You just have to unplug the old board, remove the old frame, bolt on the new frame, and then plug in the new board.
The UL trigger that is sold on it's own is intended to be installed in the stock frame.

I recieved a proto matrix rail for xmas and a replacement ultralite frame. When I try and swap the frames the new trigger assembly is constricted by the bolt housing. It compresses the trigger so that I am unable to use it. What am I doing wrong?

Look on your solenoid, there should be a black rubber peice. Gently remove that rubber peice and attach the frame. Everything should move freely.

Whether it's out of production or not there are many , many of them out there so it shouldn't be too difficult to come by a new one for quite some time. also because so many people already have some variation of a PMR they will surely be easy to find used.

is the tank full of air or just a little? check and relube all your orings, replaced any that are broken. tighten the back cap, and make sure the bolt isn't forward.

Please do not bump a non-trade thread. Up'ing threads is only allowed in the trade forums, and then, only once every twenty four hours. You need to give people more than 4 minutes to respond to a question.
Having said that, in order to help you, you really need to give us some more info. We could guess at all kinds of reasons your marker may be leaking, but they would just be guesses. Right now, the only person who has the first idea where the marker is leaking from is yourself. Narrow the area down for us, or we can't really give you a specific answer. All we can suggest right now is what Grim has said to do, and that is to check every single o-ring.
